As a member of Caine & Weiner’s collection team–which includes separate commercial and consumer divisions, in-house training will be provided to you along with direct supervision and mentoring. Your duties will include contacting the assigned debtors for payment, dispute resolution and ongoing follow-up. To accomplish your assigned collection goals you will be supported with the Collector System from Columbia Ultimate–the industry’s most sophisticated collection platform.
A working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required as well as the keyboarding skills necessary to enter contact and sales related data in our CRM system.
Previous collection agency experience is a plus.
