Mark has 25+ years of extensive and diverse collection and BPO experience. As a recognized industry expert he has served on CAC Committees and is a Board member of the TCS Users Group. He is one of the country’s leaders on the utilization of The Collector System from Ontario Systems which is utilized by Caine & Weiner. He has been recognized by Collection Advisor as a “Top 50 Most Influential Collection Professionals”. He has been featured in CAC’s Collectors Ink Magazine and is asked to be a panelist or presenter on a variety of subjects by his clients, industry peers, and vendors.
Mark provides the leadership for Caine & Weiner’s collection strategy, quality assurance, IT, compliance programs, business partners, and collection management team. His knowledge empowers him to design and implement policies and procedures that maximize recoveries in a compliant and fiscally responsible manner as well as motivate and empower our management and agent teams. Drawing from a lifetime of experience in the collection industry spanning back before computerization, Mark enjoys finding ways to integrate new technologies into the collection process in compliant manners.
He earned his B.S degree at the University of California-Santa Barbara and also completed the Coro Foundation’s prestigious leadership Public Affairs Fellow program in San Francisco. In his free time, Mark enjoys wildlife photography as a hobby.
