Requirements of this certification include posting a $300,000 surety bond for the protection of our clients, maintaining client trust accounts, allowing onsite inspection by the Association, and other compliance standards. Of the nation’s 4,000 Collection Agencies, only 1% have qualified for this highly coveted certification.
