Caine & Weiner is committed to our clients
during the Coronavirus Pandemic

Caine & Weiner is sharing in the world’s concerns with the uncertainty of the COVID-19 Pandemic. In an effort to contribute to continue providing our clientele best-in-class service and to provide a safe environment for our employees, we are continually monitoring CDC & WHO bulletins and guidelines to adjust our internal strategy. As such, we too are implementing measures to facilitate social distancing among our workforce to keep them safe, as well as to do our part for our communities:
  • We have closed our offices to non-essential visitors
  • We have cancelled all company-related travel
  • We have posted CDC guidelines in our offices, and are encouraging our employees to closely follow these guidelines
Each of our five offices across the United States is preparing diligently for potential mandates from local, state or federal government officials. Prior to this incident, a portion of our workforce already worked remote, and we continue to increase the number of associates in the remote workforce.
Caine & Weiner also participates in several industry associations, such as the International Association of Commercial Collectors, the American Collectors Association, and the Commercial Law League of America, which allows us the opportunity to have an expanded view of the industry and effects of outside influences on same. These associations, in conjunction with our partnerships with international collection partners and associations, gives Caine & Weiner a heightened awareness of trends in our industry that allow us to properly react to all major influences on the economy and influences on the marketplace.
Know that during this health crisis, Caine & Weiner’s services will still be available to our clients from each of our five call centers. Please visit our website www.caine-weiner.com for more information on these service features, or click below items for direct links:
